Demetrius “Stabs” Smedley developed an early interest in body piercing that steadily grew into a focused pursuit. At the age of 23, while working in the construction field, he began exploring piercing as a creative outlet and personal interest. What started as a hobby quickly evolved through dedication, disciplined learning, and consistent hands-on practice. Under the mentorship and professional environment of Inkfluence Tattoo, Demetrius refined his technical skills, safety standards, and artistic approach. Today, piercing is no longer a part time but a fully realized profession, driven by a commitment to quality, precision, and client experience.

A true Florida native, Bri was raised in the swamps of the Sunshine State, where a love for creativity and the outdoors helped shape her artistic vision. Drawing has been a lifelong passion, and at just 18 years old, she turned that passion into a career by pursuing tattooing full-time.
With three years of professional tattooing experience, Bri has built a reputation for creating striking, high-quality work across a variety of styles. She specializes in realism, cover-ups, anime, and fine line tattoos, with a particular passion for portraiture and bringing beloved anime characters to life. Whether she’s restoring confidence through a seamless cover-up or creating a one-of-a-kind custom design, every tattoo is crafted with precision, creativity, and attention to detail.

I’m Phil, the owner of InkFluence Tattoo in Polk City, Florida. My journey into the tattoo world began at 18, when I got my first tattoo just three days after returning home from Marine Corps boot camp. That moment sparked a path that would take me in and out of tattoo shops across the world.
After leaving the service and settling down, I met Frank and Fatin—a turning point that allowed us to build something truly special together. Through passion, dedication, and respect for the art, we made history as the first and only tattoo shop in Polk City.
